   You can apply for a return within 7 days after you receive the product, on the premise that the product itself is not damaged, not used, and the original packaging is complete. Customized greeting cards with exclusive personal content do not support unconditional return, unless there are quality problems.
2. ‌Quality Problem Guarantee‌
   If the product you receive has obvious quality defects, such as printing errors, structural damage, missing parts, or does not match the product description on our website, please take clear photos of the problem part and contact us at wubi789@sina.com within 3 days after receiving the goods. Our team will verify the situation within 2 working days after receiving your feedback.
3. ‌Refund Process‌
   After your return application is approved, you can choose to get a full refund, exchange for a new product or get an equal-value store credit. The refund will be returned to your original payment account (Paypal or credit card) within 3-7 working days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment institution.
4. ‌Return Shipping Fee‌
   If the return is caused by our product quality problem or our wrong delivery, we will bear the reasonable return shipping fee. If you apply for a non-quality unconditional return, you need to bear the return shipping fee by yourself, and the original shipping fee paid when placing the order is non-refundable.
